1. The problem - the monitor lights off/onMonitor Cable, Data Cable, RAM, display card, CPU, just check & re-connections in Mainboard.

Its Ram problem. Open RAM and clean dust and reinstall ram in to the mainboard

Its graphic card problem. Its open & reinstall in to the mainboard & restart.
